I don't want my current employer to know I am looking. How can you help me find a job while I am still employed?
We have the most protected, best trusted names in the business. We are not going to send your resume to anyone you don't approve first. Secondly, we only check the references you give (people that know you are looking). Finally, we deal with hiring people in companies directly. Your resume is sent only to them, not to an office fax machine (left lying around) not to just any administrative assistant.

How long does it take to find a job?
You can find a job pretty quickly, but finding the right career might take longer. It is all determined on a case-by-case bases.

Is it a standard service agreement?
No. We will customize your search to fit your needs. Using retained high-level one-time searches or several open position searches, we will work with you. Guarantees and terms are also made to fit your needs.

How do we get started?
Just call or email us. We will need some time with you to build your profile, search and agreements. Typically, we can start within two business days and have candidates to you within three-four days.
